Carolina Complete Health knows phone communication with your healthcare providers is necessary for good health. Members who lack reliable phone access can get a pre-programmed cell phone allowing calls to and from doctors, care managers, pharmacies, important family contacts, our 24/7 nurse advice line, and 911.

Eligibility Statement: Eligibility requirements apply based on Care Management Team risk assessment. Members are limited to one cell phone. Lost phones may be replaced at the discretion of the Care Manager. Members may keep the phone at the end of Care Management, but will be responsible for their own minutes thereafter.
