Carolina Complete Health knows that having access to a phone to contact providers is important. Carolina Complete Health members aged 18 and older have two options available:

• SafeLink Federal Program* – You may qualify for SafeLink Wireless, a Federal program that provides a pre-programmed cell phone allowing calls to and from doctors, care managers, pharmacies, important family contacts, your health plan, and 911.  Eligibility is determined by income and/or participation in State or Federal support programs. Click here to Check Eligibility through SafeLink Website. • ConnectionsPlus – Carolina Complete Health Members who do not qualify for SafeLink may be able to get a cell phone through Carolina Complete Health’s ConnectionsPlus program.  To qualify for this program, you must be enrolled in Carolina Complete Health Care Management.  Please call Carolina Complete Health at 1-833-552-3876 (TTY 711) to be transferred to our Care Management team.

*SafeLink Eligibility Statement: Eligibility requirements apply for Lifeline’s federally sponsored phone program. Member eligibility is determined by Lifeline’s service provider, SafeLink Wireless and not Carolina Complete Health.  Eligibility is determined by income and/or participation in a State of Federal support program.  Benefits are limited to one line per household. SafeLink Wireless is a service of TracFone Wireless, Inc., a Verizon company.
