Confidential Online Mental Health & Wellness Tools

We all have our struggles. Finding support to focus on your emotional health is important.  With Carolina Complete Health’s myStrength web and mobile app, you’ll have the tools to get better and stay mentally strong. 

myStrength offers a range of personalized e-Learning programs to help overcome depression, anxiety, or overuse of drugs or alcohol supported by tools, weekly exercises, and daily inspiration in a safe and confidential environment. MyStrength is safe and secure – just for you. It offers information about how to access resources to support your emotional health. Learning to use myStrength’s tools can help you overcome the challenges you face.

Personal Health Coaches

As a Carolina Complete Health member, you have access to a designated professional coach to support you with conditions such as diabetes, ADHD, COPD, anxiety, asthma, depression, smoking cessation, nutrition, and more.

Family Health Support

At Carolina Complete Health, we understand that many things can impact a person’s health that falls outside of traditional medical care.  That’s why we have a dedicated team of social workers and community coordinators to assist with:

  • Helping you and your family find housing and/or shelter
  • Helping you and your family access nutritious food
  • Connecting you to adult education, training, and employment resources
  • Connecting you to child education support
  • Coordinating transportation needs

Carolina Complete Health encourages improved health and wellness for you through the programs identified above, in addition to other programs and services that may be available to you:

Wellness Assessments available through the Member Portal that offer self-care recommendations for important screenings, provider/doctor visits, dietary and behavior/lifestyle changes

24/7 Online Resources through our member website and portal including information on important programs and resources to improve health and wellness for you.

Health Kiosks located in the community to provide screenings, resource referrals, and tips for hypertension, diabetes, and other conditions

ADHD Support for parents of children diagnosed with ADHD, including tools and books to help parents understand and talk to their child about his or her behaviors and emotions

Depression Screenings for pregnant beneficiaries or beneficiaries who have just given birth to provide appropriate resources as soon as possible

Member Healthy Rewards incentives available for you if you meet certain requirements, including specific provider/doctor visits and screenings
