For Members

North Carolina has suspended the transition of Medicaid and NC Health Choice to managed care. You will continue to get your Medicaid or NC Health Choice services the same way you do now from the State. Your coverage will not change. You can continue to receive services from your current primary care provider. You do not need to choose a health plan at this time.

Beginning April 1, 2020, the Carolina Complete Health’s member support line is no longer in service due to the Managed Care suspension. If you have additional questions about the benefits offered by Carolina Complete Health please review the information provided on our website. For more information about the suspension, please visit Medicaid Managed Care Questions and Answers for Beneficiaries.
