North Carolina has suspended the transition of Medicaid and NC Health Choice to managed care. You will continue to get your Medicaid or NC Health Choice services the same way you do now from the State. Your coverage will not change. You can continue to receive services from your current primary care provider. You do not need to choose a health plan at this time.

Beginning April 1, 2020, the Carolina Complete Health’s member support line is no longer in service due to the Managed Care suspension. Your next steps with your new plan:

  1. Create an online account. You can manage your health benefits, change your Primary Care Provider, view claims and more.
  2. Choose a provider. You can view the providers available to you on our online directory. Choose or change your provider through your online account.
  3. Complete a Health Assessment. This is available on your online account.
  4. If pregnant, complete a Notification of Pregnancy form. This is available on your online account.
