Household Grocery Allowance
Receive assistance with groceries through Carolina Complete Health’s Household Grocery Allowance Value-Added Services.Members identified with food insecurity through Carolina Complete Health’s Care Needs Screening and Social Determinants Of Health (SDOH) Assessment will receive a $150 annual household benefit per plan year.
The Household Grocery Allowance will be uploaded to the member’s benefits prepaid Mastercard Reward Card®.
*This card may not be used to buy alcohol, tobacco, or firearms products.

The allowance will be available within 2-3 weeks after you are identified as eligible through the Carolina Complete Health’s Care NeedsScreening and Social Determinants Of Health (SDOH) Assessment.
