You’re invited to join Carolina Complete Health and Novant Health to get a FREE mammogram on July 17 in your neighborhood!
Please join us at the Carolina Complete Health Welcome Room at 3711 Farmington Drive, Greensboro, NC 27407 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for your FREE mammogram. Novant Health’s expert team of technologists will have their state of the art mobile mammography unit on site to conduct digital 3D mammography. Plus, members can earn $25 My Health Pays® Visa Rewards for the completion of a mammogram.
An appointment must be made in advance. Fill out our interest form below, and a member of our team will reach out to schedule an appointment.

A breast cancer screening, usually performed through a mammogram, is an X-ray of the breast used to detect breast cancer in women who have no symptoms. Women between the ages of 40 and 74 should get a mammogram every 2 years.

Members Can Earn a $25 My Health Pays® Visa Reward for Completing Your Mammogram
Eligible members who complete their breast cancer screening or mammogram can earn a $25 My Health Pays® Visa Reward*. Dollar rewards are loaded on your My Health Pays® Visa Reward card (up to $75 annually) as members complete healthy activities such as a mammogram.
*Your My Health Pays reward dollars are added to your rewards card after we process the claim for each activity you complete. Your My Health Pays Visa® Prepaid Card will be mailed to you approximately 2 – 3 weeks after you complete a health activity with Carolina Complete Health.
