Baby Bottle Kits

New parents who are expecting a child or are up to 6 months postpartum can visit a Carolina Complete Health Community Connections Center and receive 2-pack baby bottle kits.

Parents that are expecting or have a newborn may also be eligible for Carolina Complete Health’s New Parent's Package Value-added Service, which includes a choice of a car seat, a portable crib or stroller.

Baby bottles are available (for pick-up only) at one of our local Community Connections Centers. Supplemental Transportation is available (up to 20 miles one way).

Eligibility

Carolina Complete Health members who are expecting a baby or are up to 6 months postpartum and have completed a Notification of Pregnancy NOP form (PDF) are eligible for this Value-added Service.
