Baby Bottle Kits

New parents who are expecting a child or are up to one year postpartum can visit a Carolina Complete Health Welcome Room and receive two baby bottle kits. Kits include two baby bottles and a cleaning brush. 

Parents that are expecting or have a newborn may also be eligible for Carolina Complete Health’s New Parent's Package Value-added Service, which includes a choice of a car seat, a portable crib or stroller.

Eligibility

Carolina Complete Health members who are expecting a baby or are up to one year postpartum and have completed a Notification of Pregnancy NOP form (PDF) are eligible for this Value-added Service.
