Expungement Certification Assistance
Carolina Complete Health understands that mistakes do not define people.
Receive $175 for an Expungement Certification Fee to assist with the cost of clearing your records for non-violent misdemeanor offense that may be presenting barriers to employment and other social determinants of health.
The annual Expungement Certification Fee will be put on the member’s benefits prepaid Mastercard® reward card.
*This card may not be used to buy alcohol, tobacco, or firearms products.
Eligibility
Members 18 years and older with a non-violent misdemeanor offense. Member must follow expungement process prior to requesting the Value-added Service and provide a copy of the approved expungement petition from the court.
