About Our Baby Showers
Carolina Complete Health invites our new and expectant parents to join one of our Baby Shower Events.
At Carolina Complete Health, we want to support members with a healthy pregnancy, delivery, and first year for their baby. That’s why we are hosting in-person and virtual Member Baby Showers, where we will bring together plan and community resources. At these baby shower events, you can recieve health education for prenatal care, breast feeding, and newborn care, along with:
- Resources to support members’ nutrition and food needs, including help signing up for WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children)
- Assistance to help members request Value-added Services that are included with the health plan, such as a car seat and a breast pump
Our Baby Shower Events
Virtual Member Baby Showers
Join our virtual baby showers to learn about pregnancy, newborn care, and helpful resources for you and your baby. We can help you sign up for programs like WIC and get extra benefits like a car seat or breast pump. All attendees receive a baby basket sent to their home, and events are open to members who are pregnant or have a baby under 12 months old. All events are hosted virtually.
Community Baby Showers at our Welcome Rooms
Join our in person community baby showers in our Welcome Rooms to learn about pregnancy, newborn care, and helpful local resources. You can get support with food programs like WIC, see live safety demos, and enjoy fun games and prizes. All attendees receive a free gift for coming. All events are hosted in-person.
In-Person Member Baby Shower and Health Fair
Join our member baby showers and health fairs to learn about pregnancy, newborn care, and helpful resources for you and your baby. You can get support with food programs like WIC, request extra benefits like a car seat or breast pump, and enjoy fun activities with prizes. All attendees receive a diaper bag with supplies. All events are hosted in-person.
