Bring your family and enjoy food, music, games, and fun activities for all ages. Meet local community organizations, learn about resources in your area, and connect with the Carolina Complete Health team.

Yes. Carolina Complete Health team members will be available to answer questions about your health plan, benefits, rewards, and services.

Yes. Food and refreshments will be available while supplies last.

The event will take place rain or shine. Any event updates will be shared with registered attendees.
