School Supplies
At Carolina Complete Health, we believe child education is an important part of overall health and wellness. That's why we offer all members enrolled in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade basic school supplies per plan year.
School supplies are available May through July.
Eligibility
Carolina Complete Health members who are 5 years old to 18 years old and currently enrolled in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade can receive this Value-added Service. One school supply set per school year. School supply requests are accepted beginning on May 1st and ending on July 31st.
Backpack orders for the 2025-2026 school year are now closed.
All eligible orders are currently being processed based on the order of receipt. Due to the high volume of requests, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. For additional information or questions, please reach out to your care manager or contact member services at 1-833-552-3876 (TTY 711).
