Doula Education Services

It takes a village. Carolina Complete Health is here for you during and after your journey of bringing your new baby into the world. Eligible parents or guardians can access virtual childbirth and postpartum prep classes, bi-monthly live birth and baby prep sessions, a week-by-week pregnancy guide and many more.

In addition to the Doula Education Services, we offer a New Parents' Package Value-Added Service, including a choice between a car seat or a pack 'n' play and a Breast Pump insurance benefit for our new and expectant mothers.

Eligibility Statement: You must be a current Carolina Complete Health member to receive this Value-Added Service. To qualify to receive the online virtual doula and/or breastfeeding services, members must have filled out a Notification of Pregnancy (NOP) Form (PDF), be expecting a new baby, and/or have delivered a new baby within 12 months of the request. Eligibility for virtual doula and/or breastfeeding services will be confirmed by the Carolina Complete Care Management Team. One request per eligible member will be fulfilled every 12 months.

Note: Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for review and processing of your request.
